There Are Two Type of Services We Provide : 

1. Buyers Services: We have a 24*7 online help to you. You can write to us about any problem related to our products anytime. Besides you can calls us in our toll free no.  After the order is placed from you over the phone or through mail, we will deliver it within 7 days. But in some cases where it is the matter of time consuming, we will take some more time to deliver the products and before making the agreement, we will let you know in what time we can deliver the particular product. Generally at the time of order placing, we demand the 30% of total amount as an advance. But it may be variable in some cases.
   
   We do not entertain credit card for payment.
2. Suppliers Services: We supply our inflatable products directly to the customers from our production house through courier but in case of plastic toys, making some dealers in every district, we supply them to the retail outlets and customers buy them those shops.
   
   In case of any shortcomings in our products, we rectify themselves within the warranty period. Besides time to time we have some lucrative offers to our customers. Any individual can be our dealer but not to interrupt their business, we do not allow more than one dealer in the same area. Besides we do not take any security deposit from them. Only the charge of those products, he buys, will be taken.
